ARI has great infrastructural facilities and well-equipped machinery that is handled by expert, professionally trained and skilled workers. The machines installed in the facility correspond to international standards and are critically examined and approved. Some of the machines and equipment used in ARI are mentioned.
- Mixing Mills: Over 15 mixing mills ranging from 10”x24” to 16”x 42”
- Dispersion Kneaders: Internal mixers with over 10 M.T capacity per day.
- Hydraulic Presses: Over 20 hydraulic presses with platen size ranging from 4”x4” to 1m x 2m
- Calendar: Three bowl calendar of size 18”x54”
- Autoclaves: Autoclaves of various sizes some up to 30’ in length and up to 8’ in diameter.
- Extruders: Hot feed extruders with screw sizes ranging from 1″ to 6″.
- Oil Fired Steam Generators: With capacities of 2tons/hr each.
- Diesel Generators: With capacities of 200 KVA for power backup.
- Printing Machine: For branding of products.
